Before Project Work Begins:

If the cancellation request is made before any work has started on your project, a full refund may be issued.

After Project Work Has Started:

Once the project is in progress, refunds will be partial and evaluated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. This includes design drafts, development milestones, and resources allocated.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work already completed and delivered

  • Custom software or design work started or shared

  • Domain registration, hosting setup, or third-party fees paid

  • Content creation already delivered

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Tekonetz will notify you via email once the refund has been issued. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Service Modifications

If you request changes to your order, Tekonetz reserves the right to revise pricing and delivery timelines. Modification requests submitted after work has begun will be evaluated based on scope changes and may affect refundable amounts.

6. No Refund for Digital Deliverables

For digital products, downloadable content, or software access where delivery is completed and accepted, no refunds will be issued once the content has been received.
